Sushil Kumar Jiwarajka (Chairman & Managing Director)

Mr Jiwarajka is a prominent industry leader and entrepreneur with over 35 years of diverse industry experience. Former Chairman FICCI Western Region, President International Chamber of Commerce. Sushil Jiwarajka was instrumental in helping several foreign companies to setup business in India including Ericsson, Panasonic. At present he serves on the Board of several other companies including OMC Power, Indo Count Industries, TCI Industries.

Air Cmde (R) Sachindra Singh Motial (Member of Board of Directors)

Retired Air Commodore, Indian Air Force, is the Former Chairman and Managing Director of Indian Telephone Industry ITI Ltd. He has played many prominent and critical role in the Indian Telecom Space.

Pradeep Kumar Gaine ( Member of the Board of Directors)

He is a member of the Board of Directors effective May 21,2019 of Essjay Ericsson Pvt. Ltd, the first Joint Venture Enterprise in India of the multinational telecommunication Company Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson,headquartered in Sweden. A graduate in Commerce (Honours) from St.Xavier's College, Kolkata , he has completed Post Graduations in Business Management and Law from the University of Calcutta. He has undertaken Senior Management Development Program organized by National Productivity Council . He has been a key functionary in the activities of Ericsson in India, primarily Ericsson India since its formationand later from 2000 with Essjay Ericsson. In recognition of his outstanding services in Ericsson india, in 1990 he was recognized by the Global president of Ericsson at Delhi. He is a member of All India Management Association (AIMA) , Delhi and an esteemed Member (M.IOD) of the institute of Directors, Delhi - apex professional Association of Corporate Directors in India.

Kushma Jiwarajka (Member of the Board of Directors)

• Kushma Jiwarajka is a versatile person with strong organizational skills. Having completed her B.A in Economics from University of Madras, she got married into a well respected industrial family of Mumbai in 1977.
• Kushma Jiwarajka is the Director of Essjay Ericsson Pvt Ltd. and Artheon Electronics Pvt Ltd. She has business interests in Telecom, IT and Renewable Energy Sectors . She also chairs the Sexual Harassment Committee at OMC Power Pvt Ltd. The company has been immensely benefitted by her thoughtful insights and expertise.
• Kushma Jiwarajka has always empathized with the cause of the poor and the down-trodden. She has been actively involved with Archana Trust and Ruchika Club for over 20 years.
• An active member of Maharashtra State Women’s Council since the last 10 years, she rose to become the Vice President (2009-10) & President (2011-12). During her tenure she completely transformed the 91 yr old organization by increasing the outreach, improving the financial health and upgrading the infrastructure.

Tushar Jiwarajka is a prominent entrepreneur with over 25 years of diverse industry experience. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Babson College, USA. Former head of International strategy, BT Brightstar Chamber of Commerce, Mr Jiwarajka has been involved with his family business for over 2 decades, heading projects and other iniatives. .He is also an avid art enthusiast and has set up one of the regions leading art galleries, Volte Art Projects.
